Section 1

General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the organisation operating the ba989 platform and any user accessing its services through the ba989 website, mobile version, or any other digital channel (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ba989 platform, opening an account, or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

ba989 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after amended Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account and use services on ba989:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be the owner of a valid Bangladeshi bank account or mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) account.
• You may hold only one registered account on the platform.
• Any person operating an account on behalf of another is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided in the account must be truthful, accurate, and your own.

Age Verification

ba989 may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate for age and identity verification. If the required documents are not submitted, or if a user under the age of 21 is identified, the relevant account will be closed immediately and ba989 reserves the right to forfeit the funds held in that account.

Section 3

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To open an account on ba989, you must provide accurate personal information (name, mobile number, and email where applicable). ba989 reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information.

3.2 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the ba989 support team immediately.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created using the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal details, all such accounts will be cancelled and the funds held in them may also be forfeited.

3.4 Updating Information

If any of your registered details change (such as your mobile number or payment account), please inform the ba989 support team. ba989 is not responsible for any withdrawal delays caused by outdated information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the ba989 platform:

• Rocket — Mobile Financial Service
• Upay — Mobile Financial Service
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposits made through any method not listed above are not accepted.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — this limit applies to every payment method. The maximum deposit amount may vary from time to time; contact the support team for details.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds will generally reach your account within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Delays may occasionally occur due to technical issues on the part of the bank or payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

ba989 reserves the right to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

4.5 Deposit Security

ba989 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep every transaction secure. Deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds apply to the games designated by ba989.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Every bonus has a set validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• ba989 may cancel, modify, or suspend any bonus at any time if it sees fit.

5.4 Promotional Offers

Additional terms relating to specific promotions will be stated separately on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence over these general Terms.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Policy

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on the ba989 platform are operated on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to placing bets in the sports section:

• Combining multiple bets on a confirmed event (accumulators) may be permitted.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• ba989 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is observed in relation to a particular outcome, ba989 may withhold the payout.

6.3 Slots & Casino Games

For slots, casino table games, and live dealer games, the individual rules of each game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and JILI) apply. If the internet connection is lost during a game session, the outcome recorded on ba989's servers will be considered final.

6.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set separately for each game or event and are displayed in the game interface. ba989 reserves the right to change a user's betting limits, particularly if an unusual betting pattern is detected.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba989 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or details.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage (Bonus Abuse).
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion or arrangement.
• Attempting unauthorised access to ba989's systems or carrying out a cyberattack.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account.
• Harassing, defrauding, or threatening other users.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage ba989's services or reputation.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by ba989

ba989 may suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms.
• Failure to submit verifiable documents.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Identification of an underage user.
• Direction from a legal authority.

8.2 Account Closure by User

If you wish to close your account on your own, send a written request to the ba989 support team. Before submitting the account closure request, complete or cancel all active bonuses and bets.

8.3 Balance of Suspended Accounts

The balance of accounts cancelled due to a breach of terms and conditions (including bonuses and winnings earned from bonuses) will be fully forfeited. However, reasonable claims relating solely to actual deposited funds may be considered — this will be determined based on the circumstances of each individual case.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

ba989 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, ba989 is not liable in the following situations:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, power outage, or device failure.
• Delays or losses caused by technical errors from third parties (payment gateways, game providers).
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Natural disasters, cyber attacks, or events beyond ba989's control (Force Majeure).
• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes — gaming carries financial risk and the user accepts this risk voluntarily.

ba989's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the amount of the specific transaction in question.
